Sales Officer
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any 4-year courses.
- Preferably with two (2) years relevant experience in Sales in a construction industry.
- Experience in handling retail, high-end or big projects is an advantage.
- With selling skills and business acumen.
- Articulate, friendly, respectful and amiable.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must know how to drive a car.
- Three (3) positions available.
Marketing and Business Development Associate
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing or any business-related courses.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in construction industry.
- Adept in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
- With vast experience in digital marketing like website, Facebook and email blasts is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications, Photoshop CS6, and Graphic Design is a plus.
- With good presentation, negotiation and communication skills
